White Lion is more than a business name to me. It represents strength, protection, courage, and the pursuit of a brighter future.
I created White Lion Insurance because I wanted to build an agency that helps people protect what matters most — their families, homes, businesses, vehicles, and the future they are working so hard to create.
White Lion Insurance was built from a simple belief: people deserve to feel protected, informed, and confident about the future they are building.
I’m Katrina Le’von Leake, founder and owner of White Lion Insurance Agency LLC, an independent insurance agency serving Virginia.
The name White Lion is deeply personal to me. The white lion represents strength, protection, courage, and the pursuit of a brighter future. I created White Lion because I wanted to build something that could help people protect what matters most — their families, their homes, their businesses, their vehicles, and the future they are working so hard to create.
Insurance can feel complicated, expensive, and overwhelming. My goal is to make the process simple, personal, and straightforward.
As an independent agency, I can help you explore coverage options from multiple insurance markets rather than simply giving you one option. I take the time to understand what you actually need, look for an affordable solution, and help you avoid being unnecessarily underinsured or paying for coverage that doesn't make sense for you.

My Professional Journey
I began my career in insurance at just 20 years old, working with American General Life and Accident Insurance. From the beginning, I developed a passion for helping individuals and families prepare for their futures and protect the things that matter most.
Business has always been a natural interest of mine. I focused on business and accounting throughout high school and went on to earn my Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Over the years, my career expanded well beyond insurance. I have worked in business development, accounting, office management, graphic design, and website design—combining my love of business, numbers, creativity, and helping people.
I have been trusted with the financial operations of multiple businesses, including managing accounting for a country club in Warrenton, Virginia, overseeing more than $250,000, as well as providing accounting services for multiple businesses through Anchor Accounting & Finance. My experience in business development has also allowed me to work directly with business owners and understand the challenges that come with building and protecting a business.
Throughout those years, I maintained my insurance licenses because I never lost my passion for the industry or for helping people prepare for what comes next.
Today, I bring all of those experiences together through White Lion Insurance Agency LLC—helping individuals, families, and business owners explore insurance solutions for their homes, automobiles, businesses, families, and futures.
